        If there was a 0 star option, that is what I would give. The lack of communication was a huge frustration, but even more than that, my clients were in contract for 30 days and on the DAY BEFORE closing we were told that the loan officer did not disclose the loan properly, so we would have to start back at square one and it would take 30 more days before we could close. Once I talked to the loan officer, office manager, and the head of the company, I realized none of them were on the same page and no one could tell me what went wrong. It was all a blame game of them blaming each other. But long story short, they screwed over both the buyer and seller and we haven't even gotten an apology or them trying to make anything right.
