I have closed 3 loans with Kyle and his team at MC. Two residential and one commercial.  They have the best rates, and smoothest process for closing.  Not sure what else you can ask for.  The ability to do both commercial and residential was helpful as Ive found a lot of lenders don't do both (or a a minimum you deal with totally different people for each) - especially larger banks.My loan in 2010/2011 was especially difficult as I had recently started my own business and there was an IRS issue where a tax credit I had received was holding up all sorts of stuff. Kyle helped me get through it and closed - a few other lenders had said it was impossible.
