Extremely disappointed. After having the vehicle for 5 days and calling 3 times for an update I was told that the dealership would not work on the vehicle due to the customizations I had installed. This is despite the dealership servicing it a few months earlier with the same modifications installed as well as a few months prior to that. After picking it up I took the truck to another trusted mechanic who diagnosed the issue in about 10 minutes and corrected it with their computer. It didn't take any tools or parts to correct. Nope. Not a good service experience.
