If I could give this store 0 star I will very unprofessional the manager is the rudest human on heart , she doesnt deserve her title its people like her make peoples fail in business. I came to ask about the iPhone 14 they made me sit for almost 2 hours and ask me to leave the store because I said I have class . They very racist judging me by English she even took of me video without and called me evil

Rude, Rude, RUDE! Refused to replace a screen because they didn't want to order it, got yelled at and hung up on. Learn to work with people instead of being money hungry, it's your job to fix issues not cause them. STAYING FAR AWAY

I had an excellent experience with T-mobile thanks to Christian who was so helpful and so kind in the situations which where very stressful for me, because of lack of responsibility in the previous company I use for my phone before. Thanks T-mobile for people like Chistian who really care.
