    Anthony and his team made this purchase truly pleasant. From Laurel picking us up at the airport, the sweet front desk girl checking on us to Mike in finance writing up all the formalities. Anthony, you were patient and understanding during our three weeks of touching base until I decided to pull the trigger. Thank you! Oh and the restaurant suggestion was enjoyed that evening as well. Just needed an unlimited gas card to top all this off! Haha

    We just purchased our 3rd Land Rover from JLR Easton, and this is our 7th auto purchase from the Germain family. Consistently, the deals we've received (purchase price, trade in, additional warranty and services) was a very fair offer. Consistently the sales and service department are excellent at what they do. We've ever had a single service issue, actually the service department exceeds our expectations, with quick and perfect service and in a timely manner with an excellent loaner offered, consistently great. The sales, and service experience at JLR Easton has been so perfect, we have a hard time ever purchasing outside of the Germain family. What really stands out is the people at JLR Easton...consistently THE best, EVERY one of them! They treat you like family, real family. And this started with our 1st RR purchase! Even the owner himself, Austin Germain, has made a point on every visit we make, if he's present, he will be sure to take time to shake hands and thank us. The service culture at JLR Easton starts at the top with Austin's leadership here, and the whole team embraces this service forward experience. Again....always consistent and they've never been less than amazing. Anthony in sales has become more of a friend or brother to us, he's led us to the right car every time. BTW....we've selected a car we want, and Anthony knows what we really need and want, and he has changed our mind for the better each time! And not a more expensive model necessarily, but he knows what we NEED and has thankfully changed our mind, more than once.). Highly recommend engaging with Anthony for your Jaguar/Land Rover purchase! The financing has always been so favorable and smooth and fast. Adrian in this department has also found better deals, better rates, better additional services and will surely give you want you need on financing and services, and not sell you on something you don't. Even Adrian has coached us on how to get better interest rates based on what we buy. How amazing is it to have someone with my personal financial interest as a priority, and get us the very best possible loan. It's taken me a few years to write a review, even though I've been impressed from my first purchase here. But now that I have a few years history and cars from JLR Easton, I can say with confidence, this dealership has exceeded expectations on so many levels, and has done so every time, and we've never experienced anything at all here but an excellent auto purchase and service experience. Thank you JLR Easton....we've enjoyed some happy travel trails thanks to you and looking forward to many more!

    My husband and I came in here last month looking to buy a 2023 defender 130 and possibly order a new sport. We have just relocated back to the States from Europe, where we are long standing clients of the brand. Initially our two visits with Robert were very good. We had our baby on the first visit, she ran around the store with everyone being super kind and, as dog people we loved the dogs. Again, everyone in store was incredibly friendly, which makes the full experience even more flabbergasting. On our second visit we had made our decision and wanted to just put the deposit down right then on the defender that was arriving in January, but Robert said he needed to get back with us later that day. My husband, Dragan, was catching a flight out to Europe and we needed to get to the airport so we said okay. Two days went by and I never heard from Robert. I messaged him several times and he never responded to me. TBH, I was flabbergasted. Dragan called him on day 3 and was told, well, we are adding an upcharge fee of 20K onto the car. My biggest annoyance is not the upcharge, which we were told is ONLY for new clients (doesnt seem the best way to gain a new loyal customer base) but the fact that I was annoyed and treated as though my business was not wanted or appreciated. I shouldnt have to beg a dealership to call me Again, I dont agree with the upcharge fee for new clients but my biggest annoyance and frustration is the lack of communication and general we dont want your business attitude. Feels very unamerican and having been in Europe for 10 years, we were really looking forward to great service.

    Please DO NOT take your car here ever for service everytime I take my car here its always a different or new issue. They repaired it back in February and in July the SAME issue re-appeared on my vehicle. They kept my car for 3 WEEKS stating that they did not know what was wrong. I took it to another dealership & got a diagnostic and they said it was the SAME exact thing that was previously repaired at Land Rover and within warranty.. then they kept it for another week & didnt say that was the issue until I asked them. Its always an issue with communication & getting ahold of someone. I called the GM months ago & left a message NEVER received a response. I was over charged for a tire for my car one day by one service tech then another one seen it and fixed it.. I had to leave my car there overnight until a tire came in & they REFUSED to give me a loner/rental vehicle. Even after having my car for so many weeks they still refused after I voiced plenty of times I am a traveling nurse & need my car or some mean of transportation. They lied one time & said it was because my warranty and then said they didnt do it when I have a colleague that is a difference race than me goes & gets repairs there on a regular & they give him loner vehicles without a warranty.. i will NEVER support Germain again they are giving the brand name a HORRIBLE name! I was actually looking to get a new Land Rover this year after signing my new travel contract thats close to 6 figures yearly but I will NEVER support this company again. DONT go here please!
