Went into Germain Lexus exactly two weeks ago, to the day. Staff was friendly/ helpful until I left where I was essentially ghosted. Upon leaving, my salesman notified he'd text me a trade-in value for my old car (within a couple hours) and within a couple days, have me leads on potential matches (nothing currently available however they could have me a car within the next 4-6 weeks). Even after sending emails, in the following days, I never once received a reply. After a week of no response I reached out to a few dealerships within a 500 mile radius and to my surprise received multiple calls back with available ES300H's.. fast-forward to today I am in possession of a 22' spec'd out to my liking. I have to assume this was just bad luck on my part since my family's purchased multiple vehicles from this Lexus dealership over the past decade with no issue. I love the Lexus/ Toyota brand however I'm disappointed with Germain's lack of support. Note: Attached picture is of my car purchased from out-of-state dealer. Kristopher was patient and helpful throughout the car buying experience at Germain Lexus. He never pressured me or made me feel uncomfortable. My son got to have his first car buying experience with Kristopher. After meeting Kristopher my son was convinced he would buy a car from him and no one else when he found the one he wanted. My son felt that Kristopher cared about what he wanted, not just selling a car. My son had met other sells individuals and Kristopher definitely stood out as a genuine person. The best communication I have ever had as a car buyer in my 48 years. Thank you Kristopher and thank you Germain Lexus of Easton.
