I was a client for many years and had no problems with service I received- until it was time to leave. My business landlord had a relationship with Dean Curry. They provided a card reader and it was an easy choice. When they stopped providing card reader, etc., I did what many of my peers did- I found a cheaper, easier way to take credit cards (square). I didn’t realize I was still under contract and they were still charging me until I filed my ‘18 taxes. My bad. . The fees varied greatly from month to month. When I inquired, I found Mr Cury unfriendly and short . I had to research online to get answers. They were charging fees that I still don’t quite understand, including a PCI charge for not proving I was using a secure reader. No one reached out to me about this to ask for this proof or notify me. I didn’t even know they were charging me because I wasn’t using their services. No surprise I’ve gotten no response from him about the fees. I feel like I was being fleeced while I wasn’t looking. I payed them for services rendered all those years and these hidden charges are simply taking advantage of people. If you go this route, educate yourself and pay attention to small print. I’m much happier with my new vender- no hidden fees and no attitude.

If zero stars was an option, then I would give zero. Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Mr. curry will not call or text you back. Will not help or explain an issues you have. My printer has been broke for 2 weeks and can’t grt ahold of anyone. Rewards program won’t work. Zero response or answer from this company. I’m extremely nice and easy going but for having all 5 star reviews I seriously wonder why my experience is so terrible compared to The rest. Highly don’t recommend.

I have been a client of Curry & Associates for more than six years, having met Dean Curry informally in my fitness facility. After he explained the services that his company offers, I asked Dean to take a look at my credit card merchant statement. His analysis revealed that I was paying more for my credit card service than I realized. When I began using Curry & Associates's merchant-services program, I cut my credit card transaction fees by more than 50 percent. When problems arise, I work directly with Dean on the phone or face-to-face to find a solution.
