Called them to service a front load washing machine. The machine had just been moved and was bouncing all over the place. The service ended up being $160.00. He worked on it said made some adjustments, ran a test load, which the machine acted fine. As soon as he left I ran a full load (which I should have done before he left) and the machine jumped all over the place. Had someone else come in and look at the machine, which ended up needing a $20.00 part. He didn't seen to know how a front load washing machine worked, didn't even know about the moving pins required to move a machine. I would definitely NOT recommend this company. As far as I am concerned he charged us the money and did absolutely nothing... Some of this was my responsibility, as I should have stayed right with him and watched his every move, guess that is what is required now days, you just can't trust anyone anymore, how sad....
