        Called in to the Columbus location what a joke they all are. Several employees actually all the employees it seemed were standing around, carrying on one gentleman that was trying to help me seemed irritated about helping me told him four times I wanted new furniture not pre-leased. This place is a rip off. Theyre going to rent to you pre-lease furniture for the same amount, as if you were to rent it new, do not recommend !!!!!

        New manager is a joke over past couple days bet around the bush calling me a lier and once I set up for them to remove the washer they brought in and installed they said they couldn't because they would have to remove hinge pins to get it out which they removed to get it in called corporate office after they left parts of washer on back porch and water all over the laundry room

        Shawn and Brandon delivered my washer, installed it and took my old one out. The whole experience of finding the washer in the first place was quick and pleasant. Thanks guys
