I have never dealt with this specific Allstate branceh inparticular, however, I have been with Allstate for about 10 months, and I am beyond infuriated with the company as a whole. Let's start with a positive, my husband has a very dingy driving record, yet Allstate was still willing to work with us and insure us, at a fairly resonable price. Now for the ridiculous. As advertised, after my first policy was up, about 4 months ago, I expected a check in the mail for 10% of my premium. However, Allstate took it upon themselves to take it off of my first installment for the next policy, then divide the amount I should have received into the following 5 payments, making them higher, instead of lower. I also hardly ever can speak with someone who is even reasonably understandable. From the time I started my policy until just recently I was receiving calls from Allstate asking me to add a roadside assistance program. The one time I actually showed some interest, the man would not even let me ask questions without INSISTING I give him my credit or debit card number at once so we could start the service, even going as far as to question my ability to make choices on my own for saying I wanted to speak with my husband over the matter. I plan on switching as soon as I can, and going back to State Farm! IF YOU HAVE ANY CHOICE, DO NOT CHOOSE ALLSTATE. YOU WILL NOT BE IN GOOD HANDS!
