I was promised quicker service if I paid extra which I agreed to. They didn't notify me when it was done. So I ended up getting it back on the original date.
They had no explanation as to why they didn't call me as my car sat on their lot ready to go nor did they offer an apology AND they wouldn't waive the extra charge since I didn't get my car back early as they said.
Repairs totaled over three grand.
Is this normal business practice?

You are making a mistake If you dont come here first.
Long story short, I am 110% satisfied with my repairs. Got rid of the check engine light and didnt cast me half as much as other service centers quoted me to fix my brakes.
