First time today and it was wonderful. Appetizers of short rib sliders were amazing on the pretzel buns with arugula. We then ordered the Pasta Bolognese and it was incredible. The pasta was cooked perfectly and there was plenty of meat on top. The sauce was subtle and fresh. For desert we had a chocolate torte with real whipped cream. Decadent. Our server was extremely friendly and we would highly recommend this restaurant. We plan on returning often.

This is our favorite place. We found it through group on. I had a chorizo saffron pasta dish, the calamari has a great twist with sun dried tomatoes mixed. They add a slight sweet taste to the dish.

This is the second time my wife and I have tried this restaurant. First when it was the saucy bistro and now when it is SB 81. I have to admit twice bitten twice shy. First off the food is WAY overpriced. We ate here on Friday February 10th 2012 because we had a 25 dollar gift card. I ordered the steak special and a bowl of the cream of asparagus soup. My wife ordered the parmesan crusted chicken. The soup was the best part of the meal unfortunately. At 6 dollars a bowl though it is overpriced. The steak special was $26 and I have had better steak from Denny's. For $26 dollars I would have expected porterhouse or T-bone and it was more like Flank steak you would buy from Aldi's. It was loaded with fat and grizzle. I had to send it back as I ordered it medium-well and it was served medium-rare. Overall our bill was over $80 dollars and the food was less than spectacular. I would much rather have went to Applebee's the food is much better there and more reasonably priced. For as pricey as this place is the food is awfully plain and low-class. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your money. The service was good, but you can get good service anywhere I always go to a restaurant for the cuisine.
