Friendly staff, great selection. Bought a bike from Bob Bragg, great guy that definitely knows all the bikes. He was patient with me and priced out several different bikes and options. I knew when I left that I left with the right bike for me. If you're undecided or want to learn more about the different models definitely ask for him he was great to work with.

We went in to see what was new and spend some money. Everything is marked up way higher now since the new ownership. Ill shop online now. Tried to purchase oil (off the shelf), but when theres a line in parts with 1 person working you go to another department. We were told they couldnt cash us out due to its a different computer system?! That makes absolutely no sense. Itll be a long time for us to come back if ever. We had a horrible experience trying to order boots at Mad River too (which is how we ended up at Rock n Roll).

First stop at this location. I will say that it is huge. Decent selection of new bikes, and a big selection of used bikes. Not a fan of not having prices on the bikes. I'd like to know what price it is before I have to inquire about everyone I'm possibly interested in. The sales associate was friendly and answered some of my questions. I basically stopped to check it out and get a poker chip. Damn! Inflation has even hit the poker chips hard! I normally pay $1-2 for a chip plus tax, this chip cost me $5.40. If this keeps up I may have to forgo my HD poker chip collection.
