I have worked with Phil and his dedicated crew of excellence for more than 10 years. I have always been treated with respect and can verify their excellence in the maintenance and care of the 2 Vespas I have purchased from them. As I age, I reached out to Phil about my concerns with my wonderful GTS 250 becoming too much for me to handle. Acknowledging my concerns, he suggested a scooter that would perfectly meet my needs, regarding seat height and scooter weight. I have always felt that Moto Cleveland treated me respectfully as an individual, listened, and took into account my needs. I have always felt that they listened to me. I would give them 10 stars if that was allowed, as I cannot say enough about Phil and his wonderful group of dedicated crew members to their customers. To me, riding a scooter is like riding on a magic carpet! I thank Moto Cleveland for my wonderful scooter experiences! Barb from Moreland Hills, OH

I bought a Zero S motorcycle in December of 2021. The owner does a nice job explaining and answering any questions you have during the sales portion of the interaction however I have personally found that to be where the customer service stops. When discussing price I was told one thing then when I looked at the paperwork I was charged the 2022 price. No big deal and they fixed it right away. When I put down the initial deposit I was told the bike would be ready to go the following Wednesday and someone would contact me about shipping before then. No one contacted me at all so I called wondering what was going on and the person answering the phone could not tell me what was going on so I had to wait for the owner to call me back. Apparently there was an issue with the battery but had I not called I would have just been sitting there expecting my bike to arrive as promised. Any decent business would call and say hey there is a problem but not this business. I don't blame them for the issue I blame them for the poor customer service of not even bothering to pick up the phone and let a new customer know whats going on. So a couple weeks pass and we get the battery issue fixed and bike delivered. I paid cash and am awaiting the title in the mail. The title doesn't come after 35 days so I call and ask whats going on? Turns out the title was sent to someone else's house by mistake and we were waiting on it to come back. Again I don't blame them for the mistake however did anyone have the decency to call the brand new customer and let them know what was going on? Of course not. Several months go by and I started to experience a brake issue where it seemed like the front brakes were partially engaged even when the lever was not being pulled. I figured no big deal the bike has a 2 year warranty I will call and get it up there for service. I call in and ask when I can bring it in after explaining the issue and I am told sorry the owner is with a customer and will call you back as soon as he can. Hey no big deal right? hours pass, no one calls me back. Days pass, no one calls me back. Again I don't blame them for the brake issue, they didn't make the bike however yet again I am faced with terrible customer service. I should have listened to the reviews I saw on here before I bought from here. I will literally be driving 2 hours more to get to the next closest dealership because they will at least return a phone call. *Response to owner. You didn't return my call at all. Now its a 1 star review. Keep up the lies though!
