I wish I had read these reviews before using them. My sign fell down after less than three years. When do signs fall down? It could have fallen on someone's head - and they took NO accountability. Everyone I dealt with there was more rude than the next. An awful experience! STEAR CLEAR.

This place is really a joke! As an former employee there i seen what buyers don't, and inside that business there's so much crooked ways and racial issues to where i'm surprised that they've been in business as long as they have. It's hell working for these people at sign-lite seriously, the odd thing about it the owner consider himself as "the devil". Speaking of the owner he's the type that come in the shop EVERY DAY just to find any little thing to yell and curse at his employees about, and i mean critically belittle his employees and expect them not to say a word back or they will be fried. He's the type to try to stretch his buck as far as he can so he's very cheap with anything he gets. Then there's his pet, the in shop supervisor/hiring manager. I'm just going to put it like this,if your black and put in a application there DON'T expect a call for an interview. He brings his racial issues from home to that company and that means he will not hire anyone outside the race of White or Puerto Rican , he's Puerto Rican himself so therefore he recruit his own race and have a terrible hate for Blacks. I mean other then the white people there it looks like little Puerto Rico...SERIOUSLY. I mean you got some there that don't know how to speak ANY English. It's just a shame that all the things bad that they do,they get away with.

First of all, this company does not care about small businesses.I put a deposit of $1,250 down on July 1st for an exterior sign. After two and a half months of waiting, I started to call the sales guy to check the order and he started ignoring my phone calls. I couldn't contact him by voice mail or e-mail either. Finally, I left him a message to ask him to call me back on the morning of October 4th. I knew he was in the office because his secretary told me he was in a meeting. Despite this, I didn't hear back from him by the end of the day. After two and a half weeks of trying, I decided to give him one last call before going to the police station of file a fraud report on October 7th. I finally was redirected to someone after I told the front desk I was going to the police station right after I hung up the phone. About a half-hour later, she called me back and told me that they hadn't even started the production of my sign. It has been over three months since my initial agreement with the company. I asked for my deposit back after realizing this company does not care about my order. I received a check of $1,054.10 on October 8th, and found out that they took $195.90 out from the initial deposit. Their description is "permit cost application filing fee." The permit cost $30.90. I don't think they should take a dime from my deposit considering how much potential business I have lost due to their delay. Submitted a complaint to BBB on October 9th.
