Our company ordered a ballast in April 2022. The FedEx label stated the package was delivered, but we never received the package. After we contacted Support, they provided us with proof of delivery having a "signature" that was no one within the company. They proceeded to tell us that we would have to take the issue up with FedEx. (Vendors should fight their freight delivery companies for their customers)
When I went to fill out the claim for a lost package with FedEx. The claim required information from the shipper that was not available to the recipient. When I asked for the information, BallastShop was unable to provide the needed information. I was told they had to reach out to their manufacturer. Two months later, still no response or no refund. BallastShop did not provide our company with an apology or any empathy. I would give them a zero on customer service and communication skills.
