        They advertise online and with sign in window that they repair lamps. I stopped by with a working vintage lamp that needed shade hardware to hold a shade harp, and the woman working there was stumped. She said she didn't know if they could attach such hardware, and would have to send the lamp downtown, where they do repairs, to see what they could do. No way I was leaving my lamp with her. She was clearly clueless, and entirely unhelpful. Why don't they have someone working there who knows something about lamp repair, given that they advertise that very thing? Total waste of time. So annoying. Won't be going back.
