        They collect your , & if u have a accident, they really don't like that,cause they have too give your payments back,& raise your deductible, cause remember it,s your money to begin w/ in the first place,then if u keep having an accident your insurance will go up up up & way to go,than if u keep having accidents, u,ll get kick out your insurance,without a boat w/ a peddle, that,s all I can say about insurance companys.

        This review is for a first phone conversation. I talked to shante/chante (spelling might be wrong) today and had five star customer service. Could not have asked for better experience. She took time to explain everything in detail without being condescending or rude. Even though some of my questions might have been too basic. I will update this review based on future experiences..
