      image Worst customer service Ive ever had to work with. Nancy could never get my paperwork right, struggled to comprehend her job. They always seemed to have an issue with processing my payments and my policy correct, would wait months before telling me. She ALWAYS would write out emails in the subject line even after I made her aware and asked her to stop because you couldnt read them. I told her my insurance with them was over because I could no longer trust that I was being insured properly so they just continued to charge me then send me to collections.

      Sorry for any confusion here, though Nancy does not use email for payments so little confused here.As for collections call 8002557828 they can fix that with proof of coverage elsewhere (as can the collection company)
