I generally would speak to the customer service rep, Cheryl when calling Allstate. She was always welcoming, gave me plenty of time to talk out any issues I had, and always offered me advice and my options. There was one situation where I thought one way about an accident but she went over the Ohio law with me and gave me the knowledge to do the correct thing by filing with the other drivers insurance. She also went to bat for me when a claim for a new roof was not entered into the back office correctly, once we fixed the issue she was able to provide a refund check for the overage I was paying for having a roof in the system that was older than what it actually was. Overall I have had a great experience with this agency and they are both very personable and there to help.

I always dread having car troubles but Cheryl went above and beyond to help make my experience as easy and informative as possible! She broke down every step I needed to take, intervened with the repair shop and rental agency when I was having problems. She truly helped me feel better about everything. Ive never had someone take such good care of me in regards to a car insurance claim.
