Deluxe Heating & Cooling Co

A family member referred me to Deluxe Heating. I wasn't sure if I needed a service call and called to ask a few questions. Upon calling, the lady in the office was extremely helpful, she even walked me through how to change the batteries in my thermostat, saving me money on a service call.

I called Deluxe Heating & Cooling on Christmas day; the Tech called me back right away. He also came to my house on a holiday to repair my furnace. Their prices were great for a holiday call compared to other companies I called. I would highly recommend this company for any HVAC needs.

I called his business twice in the same day gave me information. No we never called back. Had a major issue had to call somebody else.

I would not trust these guys. They were scheduled to perform service at my house on a Tuesday morning. They didn't come out until late afternoon, not leaving enough time to complete the scheduled service. They said another customer had an emergency (which was reasonable, since my heat still worked.) They rescheduled for the following Friday at 10-11 AM. I got a phone call at 8:54 AM Friday morning telling me they had bumped me for another customer. They said I'd have to schedule for some time the following week. I found this very unprofessional, and would recommend obtaining service elsewhere.
