This company is a rip off. They ripped me off at de Jonge Trading Company and I am looking into a lawsuit. We paid them 600.00 to repair the HVAC unit at the store and with 2 months it was broken again. The tech who came out after I first learned that the unit was again broke, told me it would be an additional 800.00 to repair the new problem. Why the hell didn't they discover this when they originally came out? Service: HVAC system maintenance

Had issues with another company telling us we needed more than we did. Called out JF, and Dave was great! He explained everything thoroughly and clearly, and I couldn't be happier. And never tried to get me to buy something I didn't need.

I never knew how important/how much I appreciated customer service until I worked with these guys. I have NEVER called or worked with another company that is so communicative. I would highly recommend to anyone. There is a reason they have 5 stars!!
