McPhillips, Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning

One of their drivers in van 62 hit our vehicle outside the DD in Mentor, he admitted he got us pretty good, gave us his insurance information. They are not taking responsibility for the $3,500 in damage plus rental car. I would never trust a company that doesn't take responsibility for their accidents.

Do not use this company! Absolute scammers. I paid them, they lost the info (not securing my credit information - she had no idea where the paperwork was), then they called again to ask for payment when the money had already been pulled from my account. If it were an older person they could have totally gotten away with it. Diane was the account manager that asked repeatedly for payment after I had already paid and the money was taken from my credit card weeks earlier. It took four visits for the work to be completed. FOUR. The technician got grease all over my walls. Didnt take the disposable shoes covers off when he went outside and tracked mud all over my house every time he came in and out. Nightmare experience. Avoid this company at all costs!

David was professional. He explained the plumbing problem and what would be done and how much the cost. I asked questions and he answered them. I am very pleased with the work done. I highly recommend McPhillips plumbing.

My mother in law had to go through them, and Megan helped us over the phone. She was very knowledgeable and answered every question with expertise and professionalism! Was very happy with the results!
