My son almost died due to their lack of caring and total disregard of what treatment really is, they talk down to you and you can hear the judgement pouring from their voices... if your going to treat people then you need to care

Called them about an issue just to be put on hold and hung up on terrible service all so when I attended we literally just watched a movie about an alcoholic terrible treatment as well

I was referred here for treatment by the Talbert House, big mistake! The staff here are highly incompetent and will lie to you. I was told by the staff that everything was voluntary and I could leave at any time, total lie. My counselor, Erica Swain, was one of the most ineffectual, incompetent, and egotistical therapists I've ever had, and that's saying something. When I addressed my concerns about her techniques with her, she asked me to leave her office. Afterwards she lied on a government form saying I refused treatmwnt trying to get me in trouble. If you are recommended to come here by any type of authority DON'T! These people are not here to help, all they care about is money and if you interfere with that they will lie and try to put you in prison. Luckily I got out unscathed, hopefully this review will save someone else the trouble I had to go through. STAY AWAY!
