I honestly wish I could give this place 0 stars. I have never encountered a more unprofessional experience with an established business. I went 4 months from my initial consult waiting to hear back from the psychologist I had been paired with. After numerous emails and phone calls and nothing in return, I finally got ahold of someone and they paired me with a new psychologist. The lack of communication persisted. They told me i had to come in for testing. They administered the wrong test. They never gave me answers and at the end of each session told me I couldn’t get a diagnosis until I came to another session. 6 months after my initial consultation and numerous emails begging for the results of my testing, I finally received a diagnosis. It was sent to me via email and read to me over zoom. Even after asking for resources how to proceed with this diagnosis, I received absolutely nothing other than a large bill. I have never written a google review before but my experience with this place was so unbelievably appalling that I had to warn others THIS PLACE IS A SCAM.

I love this place and wish there were more places like it. They really care about their patients, know exactly which tests to perform, and know how to get you on the right path in terms of living with ADHD. Thank you!

Extremely disappointed with the lack of treatment and communication provided by the Affinity Center. I have made multiple attempts to reach out to Dr. Johnson, through phone and email, in regards to scheduling the next session for my son and to discuss his treatment, and have not gotten a response in over a month. Concerned and frustrated, I reached out to the Director of the Affinity Center, who stated he would follow up with the psychologist and get back to me. I have not heard back from him and it has been two weeks. I am dumbfounded that a professional agency believes that it’s ok to not communicate with a client and to provide false hope on services provided. Their lack of professionalism and communication is disgraceful.
