Applebee's Grill + Bar

I went to this Applebees at 3:30 Tuesday November 28th and I will not go again. The waitress I had whos name I wish I could remember was maybe the worst server I have ever had. Although I only saw her twice during the meal. She sat on her phone at a table the entire time that I was there. What's funny though is there was no one else sitting in this place but me and my girlfriend. The waitress was actually called by the cook and yelled at as the food had been sitting there for quite some time. She finally brought us our food after that altercation. After she delivered the food she brought a drink refill, the cup had been empty for around 10 minutes. I would not recommend anyone come here nor come back to this place myself unless some drastic changes were made. Not just with this server bit the entire waiting staff. A man came in asking if his phone had been seen as he had lost it. The staff called the phone which went to voice mail after ringing once. The man left in a huff once the door had shut the staff began laughing and joking about karma and how it got him. If the man had been rude or not those comments should not be blasted through the establishment.

Unfortunately it was closed in 2018. Will now have to drive up to the Eastgate Applebee’s.

I saw her talking to a 5 year old boy. She was super sweet to him. 5/13/2018.

Not good, I waited 10 mins for water and then the waiter keep saying he would be back for order. Not busy so I left.
