First time and last time. For a Friday night in a busier suburb mini-mall type of location, one would think a restaurant with a lot of competition would have skilled waitstaff and expedient food delivery. This place has none. We waited more than 20 minutes to get water and 53 minutes before food was delivered. To top it off, we had to request a plate and silverware to eat the food after staring at it for 7 minutes. Every time we thought we were going to leave then something appeared at the table. The food itself was not what was expected. The pad thai was made with thick, wide noodles and had a dark brown coloration that resembled organ meats. Totally not appealing. The massaman curry with chicken wasn't bad and my fiancée was so hungry by the time she had utensils it was devoured. We are very easy-going folks and we enjoyed the nice weather on the patio and it takes a lot for us to get frustrated enough to come home and write a review. This is a business that does not need to be in business. They obviously do not care for the customer nor do they care for their staff. Our waitress was new and had difficulty multitasking the job of seating, serving, and bussing the tables. So no digs on her but she was put in a tough spot and we want to make sure she's recognized that it's not her fault. After we were finished we walked into the restaurant to pay and she couldn't remember if she brought us the bill. This was a very disappointing experience that we hope to never have again.
