        Got a new debt card. Called Smart payment plan Friday 9am with new card information. It's now Tuesday an they haven't taken the money out still. Now to pay your monthly payment thru GECU with a debt card it's $15 well $14.89 that's ludacris.. Don't go thru GECU or SmartPaymentPlan I could see charging to pay the bill $1.50 like Duke Energy or $2.80 like the Water District but $15 is Ludacris no I don't want to give my bank account routing number to pay it. Don't waste your time and money...

        I prefer to work with the tellers, as they are so courteous and helpful; they feel like neighbors and I look forward to seeing them at my local branches, namely Good Sam location. Of course, I will eventually adapt to the newer ways of banking but the people make the banking experience so much better! Shout out! You know who you are!
