        Would of recommended this company until dealing with Allen Scott. He lied to my boss and my sick mother about his reason of calling. Never dealt with someone that would lie to my boss and family about me accepting a job to my boss and buying a house to my sick mother. When confronting him he lied again. I have proof that he had done these terrible things. Get rid of Allen and you have a wonderful company.

        I have had my car loan with PFS since February of 2022 so 18 months. I have never missed or even been late on a payment. Tough times have hit & I called asking for any sort of help to not show late on my payment. Told them I could pay x amount if they had anyway of helping for just this month. After waiting on a call back from Brian, he told me theres nothing they can do unless I paid x amount (only $60 short of a full payment) They do not care about their customers or payment history. Only the money. Im hoping I can move my loan ASAP!
