I came to this store on Thursday November 19th , 2020 to return 2 items that did not fit my daughter. The sales associate by the name of Alex ( I dont know her last name - she didnt tell me) was the most unprofessional and rudest person I had ever encountered. And on top of that she was training a new employee. I am very upset with her customer service! She should NOT be working on the floor with customers or training new employees until she receives the proper training!!

Be sure the items you purchase fit they will no longer allow you to return them do to Covid 19 according to the Eastgate store. Make sure everything fits before you leave. We have spent alot of money there but we immediately cancelled our credit card with them after they refused our return. Shop somewhere else and be happy knowing you can return things if they dont fit

If I could give zero stars I would. Im very disappointed with how I was treated at the Eastgate location. I came in to purchase clothes for my nephew and lady looked right at me while I was at register and continued to fold clothes. I came in at 8:50 pm and was ready to check out at 9:15. I left and went to Kohls. Will never be back.
