        2:30 on a Sunday afternoon. 2 people in front of me in line , took over 10 minutes to order. I only wanted coffee and a pastry so it was very frustrating. There really should be one line for ready-made items and another line for everything else. The only person working cash register was also making frozen drinks, running for ingredients and ice to make them, it is ridiculous. Then when I finally got my coffee cup the Hazelnut coffee dispenser was completely empty so went for the regular then also the half-and-half ran out. It is so apparent and sad that the place is terribly under-staffed or mismanaged. I was meeting my brother for coffee for my birthday - a once a year event, and it was really disappointing that we picked Panera again this year as it has really declined (have had other recent bad experiences too) will pick another place next year.

        Panera Bread has delicious food. I especially love their wonderful chicken, rice wild soup. Oh yum!
