        Staff is super lazy and unhelpful. I ordered a smoothie online and went to pick up through the drive thru, they refused to give it to me. They made me park and go in. Then wouldnt give me a straw lol I get they dont want people clogging up the drive thru to pick up their orders, but they are still customers and deserve to experience the service they are paying for. Also, I was the only one in line, and there were very few people inside
