Excellent customer service! Worked with Savannah from long distance to manage a move during a new job and a completely hectic timeframe! Everyone was awesome and responsive and the apartment is beautiful! Awesome amenities and beautifully kept property!

This is a very handsome complex, nice landscaping, will cared for, and with all the amenities. My apartment is quiet, spacious, full of light and has a balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped. Ceiling fans in every room, and there is plenty of closet space with shelves and hanger rails. Power outlets everywhere, even the balcony. Washer and dryer provided without charge and the hot water, central heating/air conditioning are great.
The location is perfect: just a couple minutes from I-71, and just a few minutes more from Columbia Parkway--easy access to Oakley square, Hyde Park Square, Hyde Park Plaza, Mt. Lookout, dozens of restaurants, even more shopping on Red Bank road, 15 minutes from Downtown, and ten minutes from Kenwood. Lots of unrestricted parking too.
My apartment was spotless when I moved in, and the Maintenance staff has been responsive to all requests. The office staff is equally great and friendly. As for the price, you get what you pay for, and I consider my apartment to be a good value.
Fourth year update: Despite some turnover in management and maintenance staff, this remains a lovely place to live. The new staff are as attentive to the residents and the maintenance as ever, and I recently signed a new lease for another year.

I just signed a lease and haven't moved in yet. But the customer service from Centennial Station is amazing. The entire touring to signing process was awesome and Savannah does an awesome job at answering questions and guiding you through the process. Based on the staff alone, I am comfortable giving a 5 star review!

Ive lived here almost 3years it is a fantastic place to live they have a a lot of amenities pool and gym ect the people that work there are all great very nice and polite the maintenance crew are very good its just a great place to live

Property Manager is incredibly unprofessional. Aside from this, remainder of the office staff and maintenance group are very helpful and kind. Would give 5 stars for the rest of the crew. :)
