First and foremost most its not worth the time and patience for this place. The property manager picks and choose who she want to talk to, she LIES about things.and wonders why she had to hire security to go everywhere with her but anywho be careful signing papers, she had several tenants sign recertifications papers and didnt inform how much rent increase, so those tenants were told to keep paying what they were paying and boom here comes the property manager 3-6 months later with claims that ppl are late on rent when in fact she never gave or given notice to tenants.
Water pressure isnt nowhere near the best.
Hot water only gets hot for 7 mins at most.
Cant even control heat so some ppl use the oven for heat.
RATS are everywhere but only in some Apts, they wont mention them at all.
