Scheduled a trip a day in advance for 3:30 pick up. I received the text telling me to look out for the message that they were here but I never received the message that the bus was here and then 4 minutes before 4:00 p.m. I received a cancellation notification for my ride.

the on demand service is great ! Ive used it a few times when my own car was in the shop . the app is so nice and easy to use. there has been a time or two that the driver was late, so I just try to schedule rides a little earlier than I need , just in case. the drivers are always kind and busses clean though ! oh and right now it's free :D

Dispatcher Dawn does an excellent job keeping everyone together six Days a week was surprised she answered the phones on a Saturday Dawn deserves a gold medal keeping everyone together we love you Dawn
