        Rented a cargo van from here for a total of 2 hours. Maximum of 25 miles. The attendant/owner of the storage unit location rented us the van and didnt keep track of the miles before or after we picked it up. Not thinking, we didnt either. She charged us for 120 miles. We had it for two hours which means we were going 100mph through the suburbs of Aurora. Cant get anyone on the phone to get a refund. Weve tried for the last two MONTHS. Cant get corporate or this awful place to pick up the phone and let us explain what happened in order to be refunded. While there, the owner complained and complained about how Penske was such an annoying franchise for them to be part of and trash talked the company to us. Highly recommend carrying all of your belongings by hand on the side of the road before using their services. Save yourself hundreds of dollars by doing anything but using their service.
