        Bulbs/beds are out dated. Purchased a mid level bed package as a new customer didn't like it let them know as soon as I tried it and that I wanted to pay to upgrade. The manager said she couldn't change it in the computer once I bought it. Went back another day asked a different girl she explained that they let new customers try the beds first prior to purchasing the packages. Explained I was never offered she would ask, never happened. Why couldn't you out a note somewhere in your outdated computer ? I wanted to pay the extra for the upgraded bed....will not be returning after my visits are over....poor customer service from the manager of all people, beds/bulbs are outdated
