Great experience for my husband and I! We had booked massages and facials. Kendall was fantastic and courteous! Nait was great and very thorough. My husband had Bryana for both services, super friendly and she was so good he fell asleep haha.

First time there. We went for the couples massage and it was worth it. The massage therapist applied all of the right pressure in all of the right spots. We booked our next massage before we left.

I would have rated a 5-star before today. I felt 1-star would be too harsh. So I am going for 2 stars. I debated on whether to write a review based on todays experience, as I am not one to complain. But, I decided to go ahead and say what needs to be said, and you can judge for yourself. I personally took off work to bring my daughters to their FIRST facial. My daughter was home from college and it was my other daughters birthday. They have been very excited all week. I have been to this spa numerous times for a facial and have received great service and a wonderful facial. Today, however, I spoke to Nait (that is the correct spelling), the person working on my daughter, and requested that the Eminence skin care line be used as that is what I have used in the past. (Our family has sensitive skin and Eminence is more organic and effective without causing inflammation for me.) When I came out of my facial to see my daughter sitting in the waiting area, she looked as though she was going to cry. Her cheeks were very red, and I asked her how her facial went, and she said it burned the whole time. She also said the towels were way too hot, and that after her skin was already feeling like it was on fire, he was not gentle with wiping her face with the towels and it felt too rough on her skin. She also said the dermaplane strokes were completed too quickly and not gentle enough. It was a complete disappointment to her and all of us. My facial and my other daughters facial were excellent. My daughter also said, when Nait took her in the room, he said do you know why your mom requested I used the Eminence line? And she stated Im not sure, (this was her first facial). He stated, well, I am going to use this other line of products because I think it will be a better fit for your skin, and this is what we usually use. If he would have used the Eminence line as I asked, maybe her face wouldn't have reacted. I know my daughters skin sensitivities. The other esthetician used Eminence as I requested, and my other daughter loved her facial, with no redness. Nate was aware of the topical medication my daughter was using which makes it more sensitive, and still chose to not use the requested more gentle organic skin care line, nor be light-handed with the towels/dermaplane. I have referred many people to the Spa At Atrium, and I will continue to as I feel my overall experience has been good. However, I will make sure to tell them not to schedule with Nait, since he doesnt do what is so important to the customer, when a reaction can occur. And obviously isnt gentle enough. Plus, he lied, he said he would use Eminence when I spoke to him, and then didnt. I spoke to the manager and she was some-what understanding and offered a discount on my daughters facial. The only thing that really bothered me was she said, Im not worried about 1 google review. To which I responded, I would never say that to a customer, 1 person can make a difference. What if this was your husband or daughter? I am sure I will get a rebuttal on here explaining/defending the situation. But, I am just stating the facts. Lidiya and Bryana were awesome and professional. I only wish I would have been assigned to Nait so my daughter would have enjoyed her facial.
