I was heckled. Later, threatened by three men and your security staff walking through your Beachwood store. I can only imagine how they'd treat your staff, if they are assumed to be gay or trans. I recognized two just walking by. I'm certain they'd face the same issue. A simple interaction can easily leave your sales clerks vulnerable to such attacks. I turned back into the store to inform security.The black security guard sat on a display podium shrugging his shoulders. Lazily relaying "they're leaving now".One of the men amped his behavior by threating to beat me up outside.Even proceeded back over toward me.Your security turned to me yelling "shut your mouth".This was a foul inept attempt to silence me. A white off duty cop appeared as I turned to leave an opposite exit.The three men were in the parking lot by now.The officer steadily angrily chasing behind me. It was excessive! He found great pleasure further heckling and threatening to arrest me. This could've been fueled by his own racial and/or gender bias. Despite my verbal illustrations of the situation, I was leaving! Showing no intent of causing physical violence. He had no right to proceed my person from that point. I, as an employee at Beachwood Mall, a shopper at your store and a human being deserve safety and respect to exist. Without malice or violence impeding onto me.Your staff was complicit in protecting my humanity and amplified my mistreatment.
