They take customer service to the max here which is great! I dropped off some clothes on a Thursday and they told me they would have it ready by Monday. This is fine for me because most of the time my "take to dry cleaning" pile is sitting there for about 2 months before I get around to it. They called me on the Monday that my order was to be ready and told me it wouldn't be available till Tuesday because they had to send one piece back since it wasn't cleaned to their liking. I thought this was really nice instead of just giving me a poorly cleaned item! When I finally picked up, everything was pressed and cleaned perfectly. They are now even tagging clothes with a little bar code to help for future cleaning, how creative!The only reason I didn't give them a 5/5 is because of their price. They actually aren't terrible for a good dry cleaners, I paid about $100 for 2 sweaters, 2 dresses, 2 tops and 5 ties with a 10% off coupon. I was just used to $2.50 an item at my dry cleaners in St. Louis :) They do have coupons available so keep on the look out!
