William got back to me right away, set up a time to do the work within a day or two, and arrived in a timely manner. I really appreciated this, because it's been pretty dry since I moved in and I didn't realize until a really heavy rainstorm that I had gutter issues. In addition to cleaning out the gutters, he let me know what was going on with them and what to pay attention to, as I just bought this house and am a first-time homeowner. He also fixed the downspouts I just had another company work on; apparently, you shouldn't have concrete people work on your downspouts! I think he got these old windows as clean-looking as they can get until I can replace them. I love this house, but it was really dirty on the outside, and now that William cleaned it up, it really shines! I definitely recommend this service.
