UPS Customer Center

The boxes come so horribly mangled that I end up sending things back. complete waste of time when things come from them! They leave boxes at the end of the rural driveway instead of actually bringing them to your house in 40+mile an hour winds. Too much to mention here but horrible company who doesn't care about your packages and the job they do!

The drivers who deliver are terrible.. No bags to cover items in rain or snow... Just dump the package n go.. Dont even put on steps...leave out on sidewalks.. Get ahold of your drivers ..we need better service... This is not right

We were home and driver did not knock on door or ring bell. Just stuck notice on door and left. UPS had it scheduled between 1 and 4, then changed it to between 4 and 7. But apparently I'm the one at fault and now I have to wait. 4200 sq ft house, make an effort and don't run off after 5 seconds. RING THE FRICKEN BELL!!!!

Called prior to delivery advised driver to leave package at end of driveway. Saw driver drive by going north than turning east half hour after that saw driver heading west. Didn't attempt to drop of package marked as undeliverable. Package was mismarked for the driver because he didn't want to do his job. Ontop of this called the ups number 4 times was told I'd receive a call when package arrived...didn't happen. than another call was told the local office would call within a hour... no call back...another call was told the office was answering...and would have to waite until Monday. Tried to call to help rural driver but he decided not to do his job and he didn't even try to slow down at the mailbox
