        I went in to return a DirecTV box and didn't have a label. They didn't take any of my account information like DirecTV said that they should have. They just crossed out my address and wrote RTS (return to sender) on the box. Instead of sending it to the address that wasn't crossed out, they mailed it back to me. This was very unprofessional, and I am very disappointed with what happened to me. Complete waste of my time and energy, because they couldn't do more than scribble on a box.

        They're nice and easy to deal with. Very friendly. The delivery people are awesome as well. They gave my dog a treat when they delivered a package and made her very happy.
