Budget Car Rental

Really poor customer service. We had a rental w/ flat tire and called multiple times, left messages, and never received a call back. Finally had to go in person and rude clerk was super unhelpful. I would avoid this particular AVIS/Budget/Payless location and pick another option in the future.

Budget at Fargo was really great. Car was very nice and ran smooth little trip. Fargo is old style, on the honor system. Drop off was almost too easy. Overall, very good experience.

I rented a car for a couple days in this place. It was a horrible experience!!! NO A/C in the car!! The worst I came back with the guy on the desk trying to change the car for another one but he was rude with me saying is not my problem I cant change the car be aware of this place!!

Car was dirty. I got pulled over in another state bc the tags on the rental were expired. Then when I was able to get it switched out in TN they gave me the downgraded version.

Fair price, good car in Sub-Zero weather, smooth pick-up and drop-off with no issues whatsoever during the entire two-week rental period. Friendly personnel; would rent again.
