Had a 9:30am appointment. I haven't been to this Dr. Office since 2010 due to being transferred., Arrived at 9:00am to complete paperwork. At 10:00am, I was told that I was discharged as a patient and they wouldn't see me.A. They made the appointment.B. They took my insurance infoC. I completed ALL their paperworkD Half an hour LATE, they told me they wouldn't see me!Talk about lousy treatment of patient/customer!!!!!!!!Hey Doc, I'm your source of revenue! whatever happened to the customer is always right? Or do you think you're better than me? I was seeing a PA-C, not an MD.
