        Got in line to speak with someone regarding what plans available for 2 people once my son is removed. Tall, heavy set man working line outside begins by telling me "First, can't do anything until your son is off your bill" then proceeds to tell me blah, blah, blah....I was so taken aback by his first comment I couldn't focus. When I asked him to clarify something he said, "Well, if you'd let me finish talking...." OMG...so incredibly rude. Obviously has customer service burn-out.

        I’ve been in twice to get new phones on my plan. Both times they rushed me in and out. Didn’t help set up my phones nothing. Both times now my phone hasn’t worked when I got him. Super frustrating seeing as all the other stores take the time to make sure the device is active and now customer service is closed.
