        Was told that the deal in the window didn't exist, and that I was not going to get the current deal bc it didn't exist, that the sign was wrong, and that despite knowing exactly how porting a number works, that I would have to go to my carrier to get authorization for a phone I own out right. I asked for corporate's number or for them to call someone above them or corporate to confirm and they claimed they didn't know the number and didn't know who to call. This is the most useless place with 2 of the greatest wastes of space I've ever seen. I have no idea how it exists treating new customers that want to activate a new line like that.

        My wife has been paying way to much for US cell and I have had Metro PCS for years... I finally convince her to go down to Metro PCS on Kerr Ave and the two employees treated her like she was dumb... I am beyond outraged at the way she was treated... Every thing they told her was plus 20 to 30 bucks over what is advertised and that I have paid for the past 8 yrs.... It sucks I have to come into the store my self for equality.....
