O'Reilly Auto Parts

Went into the store at 2398 Carolina Beach Road , Wilmington NC on 3/25/24 to get rotars turned. The gentlemen at the counter stated there was no one there to turn the rotars and that I can come in tomorrow to get them done. I return to the store on 3/26/24 to get the rotars turned and a gentle men told me there is no one there to turn the rotars. The gentleman I spoke to the day before stated he didnt know the guy wouldnt be in today. I asked for the manager of the store and the one gentleman did not want to give out the name. They only have one guy to turn the rotars so when he is out, they dont do it. Why offer a service when you have limited resources!

I met the most helpful and kindest man at O'Reily Auto Parts on Carolina Beach Rd. today. His name is Mitchell and he usually works in the back of the store. Today he happened to be in the front, he helped me select some oil and even put it in my car for me. People like Mitchell are solid gold. Thank you!!!!

If you go anywhere for your basic auto needs, other than O'Reilly in Wilmington--you are simply: missing out. I have been there multiple times, and the entire staff is helpful. They have helped me fix my car twice, where it would have been a hefty bill from the mechanic. The last time I was there, the individual that helped me was the district manager. He was incredibly generous, and humble. I am sorry, I cannot recall his name. However, it was the effort I cannot forget In conclusion, the store has saved me time, money, and most of all provided the small town personal service from when people treated you like family.
