Sprint Store

The worst customer service experience I ever had! Honestly one of the worst, if not the worst service. If you get a phone with them be sure not to break it, because if you do you're better off switching services. I drove to this particular store which is 20miles away from me to activate my phone. Get there and they supposedly can't. So i call my carrier back and they tell me they can't do it i have to go into the store. -_-

The ABSOLUTE WORST Customer service......I’ve seen in at any Sprint store. Please avoid this location. No concept of customer service

Worst experience ever. Only two employees in the entire store and both were very inattentive and seemed to be unable to multitask. Will never recommend this front to anybody. Cheers.

I went to the wake forest location in the plaza where Kohls is located. We did not ha e much money to put down so we needed to check on multiple phone options. Ryan V. Was super awesome...patient and knowledgable. We were able to leave with a new phone for my daughter and we were provided with all the options avaiable and we left feeling happy. He provided the best customer service ha e ever had in. Sprint store.
