Worked with Ryan and he was phenomenal. Super patient with us and helped solve our very confusing problem, even stayed after hours to get us the help we need. Answered all our questions or found us the answers we needed also helped us save money on our phone plan. Highly recommend this location and working with Ryan.

Came into the store this afternoon for an upgrade for the family. Laura Walasin was our Verizon sales person and she was awesome. We have had some long and not so good experiences in getting phones in the past. Today was the best experience we have ever had getting new phones. Laura was great. She made the transaction super easy and was very professional. We had four new phones setup and ready to go in under a hour.

Kyle was super helpful in getting me a functioning phone! I had ordered one to pick up at another store only to realize when I went that the store was closed. I went to this store and Kyle took the time to help me figure out how to cancel the order and got me set up with a new iPhone 11. Highly recommend .
